b) a list of the fines associated with each offence: Please see Standard PCN contravention codes which lists the level of charge Higher (£70 discounted to £35 if paid within 14 days) Lower contraventions (£50 discounted to £25 if paid within 14 days) enclosed.
c) total amount collected in fines in 2023 and to date in 2024 (separated per year): Please see Excel spread sheet enclosed.
