I was listening to an executive council session, when councillors mentions they had an interest in Optalis and would not vote. I did some research and found Optalis Holdings Ltd is a company owned by WBC and RBWM councils who's directors are councillors, and these directors from time to time resign and are replaced.

1. I would like to know which councillors have benefited from a directorship in a wholly or partly owned company of Wokingham Borough Council, and
