• 2022-23: 11 complaints – 3 investigations – 1 breach resolved informally through apology/training for Member (reported to Council on 20.07.23).
• 2021-22: 7 complaints – 4 investigations – no breaches.
• 2020-21: 8 complaints – 3 investigations – no breaches
• 2019-20: 9 complaints – 5 investigations – 2 breaches resolved informally through apology to complainant.
