1. I request a list of unclaimed council tax credit balances. Please note I am not asking for business rates credits. Please can this information be provided to me in an Excel Spreadsheet, including the following fields:
• Ratepayer name
• Property Address
• Billing Authority Reference
• Amount of credit
• The period or financial year of the credit

I appreciate that properties where the ratepayer is an individual would be excluded from my request. In such cases, please provide the remaining information with the Ratepayer either blank or listed as 'individual'

As we are multi-year billing, credits are automatically carried forward from year to year.
The financial year shown on the spreadsheet is the year the account has been closed in so, credit sits on that financial year.
For credits against current financial year relating to closed accounts within 2024/25, are not necessarily unclaimed as yet. These could be in process of being claimed or, waiting a claim to be actioned.
