We have formal complaints at stage 1 and stage 2. We only retain stage 1 from date of resolution of complaint for 2 years and stage 2 is retained from date of resolution of complaint for 3 years. Therefore, we cannot answer as detailed as you are suggesting for the last five years.

2021 Jan to Dec:
Stage 1:
• 1x January 2021: Service received relating to damp within property
• 1x February 2021: Service received relating to mould and damp within property
• 1x February 2021: Service received relating to mould and Damp within property mentioned alongside other repair issues
• 1x May 2021: Service received relating to mould within property following a leak
Stage 2: 1x Stage 2 Complaint in November 2021 – Service received relating to mould and damp at the property

2020 Jan to Dec:
Stage 1:
• 1x January 2020: Service received regarding damp within property mentioned alongside other repair issues at the property
• 1x March 2020: Service received regarding damp within property mentioned alongside complaint against contractor
• 1x December 2020: Service received regarding mould issues within the property
• 1x December 2020: Service received regarding mould issues at property mentioned alongside other repairs issues at the property
