1. We are requesting a copy of all data, both electronic and paper, held on # Matthewsgreen Road in relation to environmental (noise) matters not exclusive to, but to include:
• Copy of all correspondence, letters, warnings and notices
• Copy of all case notes from any council officers involved with the case including Natasja Donachie, Anne and Chris Long from Enforcement and Safety, not excluding others
• Copy of internal and external emails regarding cockerel noise, from any other internal department or any other Wokingham Borough Council official
• Copy of all complaints received in writing and details of verbal complaints
• Number of complaints received both verbal and in writing
• Number of people complaining and details (what time frame and when)
• Number of households complaining and details (what time frame and when)
• Date that the investigation was first opened
• Date that the investigation was first closed
• Date that the investigation was reopened
• Evidence as to why the investigation was re-opened
• Evidence of independent investigations, independent noise monitoring, times of day that the noise was deemed excessive, what decibels were reached
• Copy of the protocol, process or procedure that the department uses to fairly investigate residential noise complaints
• Evidence used in the decision-making process to send the letter dated 28 June 2024
• Details of any conflicts of interest, for example, any relationships within Wokingham Borough Council and any of our neighbours
• Copy of any other historical complaints received regarding # Matthewsgreen Road
