We have extracted the body of the email that was received to protect the identity of the individual who reported this (Section 40 exemption). The contents of the report is as follows;

"Please investigate and take the relevant action regarding the following:

Without Planning Permission.

The operation of a Replacement Window Company, storage of a permanent skip and the associated removal and replacement of skip, purely in connection with this business. Daily; bringing to the site: windows, and other construction waste for disposal into skip, IE: using the site as an unlicensed without a 'waste transfer station' licence."
