Yes – In 2019 we declared a climate emergency. Since then, a Climate Emergency Action Plan (CEAP) was developed and is updated annually. Yes – Similarly to most councils, costs and national policies can present delivery challenges across actions, including those within the Climate Emergency Action Plan (CEAP). Grid connection issues have also provided challenges to energy generation projects.
