Please could these be broken down by the date, month and year, and can you include the name of the recipient.
A payment of £49,508 was made to the Director of People Services (holding the DCS responsibilities) in financial year 2017/18. The recipient’s name is withheld due to being personal data. This information is therefore exempt by virtue of section 40 (2) of the FOIA, as disclosure of this information to the public generally, in our view, would not be consistent with data protection principles. This is an absolute exemption and the public interest test does not apply.
