1. The number of safeguarding investigations (section 47 investigations) or LADO investigations where an employee or contractor in a children's home was alleged to have had a sexual relationship with a child who was a resident of the home, since January 2017 up until the point this request is responded to. Please detail the month and year of the offence, the age of the child and provide a brief description of the allegation and outcome, where known.

2. The number of safeguarding investigations (section 47 investigations) or LADO investigations where an employee or contractor in a semi-independent homes or supported accommodation was alleged to have had a sexual relationship with a child who was a resident of the home, since January 2017 up until the point this request is responded to. Please detail the month and year of the offence, the age of the child and provide a brief description of the allegation and outcome, where known.

There has been one instance, however we are not able to provide further details due to this low number which will allow for identification of individuals involved.
