1. Please advise the number of pieces of "casework" raised by each councillor with the authority in the financial year 2022/23 - as a list with the number of queries each councillor has logged. Please include all queries officially logged by each councillor - whether on behalf of a resident or where the councillor has raised the query on his own account. Often these are known as "member enquiries".
We do not report on this. Councillors will contact the relevant Service area directly depending on what their query is. It would exceed the 18 hour limit for each Service to review the contacts made and count these up. While we have software available that could search for Councillor email contact this would still need to manually review each item as to what the communication related to.
