1. Please can you email me a list of businesses that qualify for Charitable Rates Relief but haven't applied for it. The below points are what I would like to request:
a) The name of the rate payer
b) The start date of the business rates account
c) Rates account number and/or property reference
d) Applied for charitable rates relief (Yes or No)
e) The full property address of the property
f) The full amount of credit you hold for the business (if any)

We publish our Business Rates information, and update this on a regular basis. Therefore we are refusing this request under Section 21 and 22 of the Freedom of Information Act. The public interest test has been considered and as the information is updated periodically, and resource is better utilised elsewhere within the authority, it is not appropriate to create the dataset outside of the usual scheduled slot.
