Follow on request from WBCIR:19123

Google street view dated Sept 2023 shows no signs installed.
I have a Google statement saying that the dates on street view are accurate for that month,.ie if the pictures are dated Sept they were taken in that month.
I have a statement from the assistant manager at Bulmershe from early Dec that the signs went in last 'couple weeks'
Thus can you provide evidence of the install date, as a freedom of information request, as opposed to evidence of the work order date which is not evidence of install.
We do not hold the requested information. However our records show the first PCN issued at this location was a warning notice on the 31 July 2024. The signs would have been in place prior to any enforcement action being taken
