1. Brownfield Sites: I would like to request an up-to-date Excel spreadsheet or similar electronic format detailing the brownfield sites within your local authority. The information should include the following details for each site, if available:
a) Site name or reference number
b) Location/address
c) Size of the site
d) Current land use classification
e) Planning status (e.g., allocated for development, under consideration for redevelopment, etc.) Any additional relevant information regarding the condition or status of the site

2. Public-Owned Properties: I am also interested in obtaining information regarding properties owned by the public within your local authority. Specifically, I would like to know:
A list of properties owned by the local authority or any other public bodies within the area Contact details or relevant department responsible for managing these properties Any procedures or criteria for submitting offers on these properties, including any necessary forms or documentation required If possible, I would appreciate receiving the requested information in electronic format, preferably in Excel or CSV format, to facilitate analysis and processing.
The Strategic Asset Review paper was considered by the Community & Corporate Overview & Scrutiny Committee on Wednesday 28 February this includes a list of Council owned assets.
