Wokingham BC uses an eProcurement portal called ProContract supplied under contract from Proactis. This contract is currently until October 2026. This is not solely a brokerage system for Adults and Children’s services. They do use this system for the commissioning of individual packages of care, along with email and telephone contact to providers but in the main it is used for all procurement activity across the organisation.
