1. Do you provide community information videos which are accessible to British Sign Language users or the Deaf Community in general?
Communications, Engagement and Marketing team provide information videos that are accessible to the deaf community through the use of subtitles.

3. Do you provide communication support for Deaf Employees?
The Council’s duty as an employer is to make reasonable adjustments when:
• they know, or could be expected to know, an employee or job applicant has a disability
• an employee or job applicant with a disability asks for adjustments
• an employee with a disability is having difficulty with any part of their job

As an example, transcripts are added to videos when they are created.
