Under the Freedom of Information Act, I am writing to seek your assistance in gathering some information for above petrol filling service station. Specifically, I am seeking the following information:

1. Approved Opening and Closing Hours: Please provide the approved opening and closing hours.

2. Delivery and Construction Activity Hours: It would be helpful to know if there are any specific delivery (e.g. dry stock or fuel) or construction activity hours that have been approved.

3. Specific Operational Requirements to fulfil neighbourhood needs: If there are any specific operational requirements that have been mandated by the local authorities or the community to fulfil neighbourhood needs, kindly disclose this information. This will help us assess the compatibility of the development with the needs of the community.
This request has been refused under section 21 as this information is accessibly by other means. The information requested forms part of the Public Planning Register which is open for the public to view.
