Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Environmental Information Regulations 2004, we would like to request the following information:

1. Maintenance records for the HG1 Mixed species hedge in the attached arboricultural report;
We have records indicating the Tree officer contracted works to this location in the following financial years – 2017/18 & 2019/20
We have records of our grounds maintenance contractor carrying out work to this area February 2024

2. Disclosure of other subsidence claims within a 2km the vicinity of the Risk Address in accordance with the attached list of postcodes.
