I have an FOI request regarding reports of anti-social behaviour at Heather Hill Close in Earley. Can you please provide me with:

1. The number of times Wokingham Borough Council has received reports of anti-social behaviour at addresses in Heather Hill Close in Early
Nine emails received reporting a number of issues/incidents.

2. The specific addresses each report related to
A disclosure would contravene the Data Protection principles under 40 (2) - personal information where the applicant is a third party.

3. A description of what each report involved, how officers responded and what the outcome was.
Safeguarding
Prostitution
Litter/rubbish
Dog barking/dog poo
Cars parked dangerously
Plants and plant pots stolen
Males flighting
Smoking drugs/dealing
Slashed tyres

The case was referred to the Anti Social Behaviour Panel on the 20th April 2023.

I also understand that a meeting of the Community Safety Partnership on 20 April discussed reports of anti-social behaviour at 2 Heather Hill Close. Are you able to provide me with:
4. The agenda item relating to 2 Heather Hill Close for that meeting, and the relevant section of the subsequent minutes.
5. Agenda items and minutes of any subsequent meeting of the Community Safety Partnership that also relate to 2 Heather Hill Close

Apr update:
5 reports to ASB Team, all environmental. Rats reported so Environment Health involved.
Fire check done, property very cluttered. No reports to TVP since Feb when car tyres were slashed.
Actions: DP to speak to TVP and to visit property. Professionals meeting to be arranged. DP to contact XXXX

May update:
DP has visited address but was not admitted. Has had frank conversation with XXXX. Second visit took place with Environmental Health, rats in property that residents are trying to deal with themselves. Advice given. DP has spoken to XXXX who is aware of situation.

July update:
This is low level ASB, details of how to report passed to complainant. Rat issue being dealt with by Environmental Health.
