Yes, this is included as part of Conduct e-learning training which is mandatory for all staff when they start with the Council.

Awareness for all staff as part of e-learning Conduct training – each individual needs to complete refresher training every two years. In addition, Fraud Awareness and Bribery Act Training available on e-learning. Approx. 1500+ staff taking the training in a two year period.
c) How often are staff required to be trained on Anti Bribery and Corruption?
Every two years on Conduct at Work training; available for all staff for Fraud Awareness and Bribery Act.
d) Is the Anti Bribery and Corruption Training you provide face to face or e-learning?
E-learning.
e) What is the duration of the Anti Bribery and Corruption Training?
Varies depending on individuals capabilities, e-learning training generally approx. 1-2 hour to complete.

No, not currently - the Council have used outside training providers in the past.
