1. How many Afghan Refugees Wokingham Borough Council have or will have to resettle in the councils area?
We are currently in talks with the South East Strategic Partnership for Migration on whether we can support the Scheme. This is also dependent on a political decision as well. Wokingham Borough Council will find properties in the community that will be matched to a family, the size will be dependent on availability out in the Borough. We are hoping to house 3 families.
