We are working on a review of advocacy for people with a learning disability and autistic people who are inpatients in mental health, learning disability or autism specialist hospitals. We would be very grateful if you could tell us the following information about your local area:
1. Please tell us the name of the organisation/s who is commissioned to deliver the following types of statutory independent advocacy:

National Youth Advocacy Service (NYAS) are commissioned to support care leavers to participate in decisions which will affect them.
b) peer advocacy (ie support between people who have shared experiences for example both people have a learning disability)

4. Please tell us the name of any organisation(s) - which the local authority holds information on or has referred individuals to - which support family carers to advocate for their relative with a learning disability or who is autistic. This support may take the form of providing information, training, peer support, or any function relating to supporting family carer advocates.
PINC (Wokingham and Bracknell Mencap). Promise Inclusion (PINC) are commissioned to support families/carers of people with learning disabilities and people with learning disabilities by providing information, advice and a family liaison worker.
