a) Adult social care staff
b) Children’s social care staff

2. Monthly number of full time equivalent (FTE) days lost by reason for sickness absence* from 1 April 2022 – 31 March 2023, for the following employee groups:
a) Adult social care staff
b) Children’s social care staff

* Reason for sickness absence being type of illness recorded, e.g. anxiety/stress/depression/other psychiatric illness; Covid-19; Back problems, Cold/cough/flu; Ear, nose and throat etc as recorded by the local authority.
