3. What is your current backlog of adult assessments? A back log could be considered but is not limited to assessments that are outside of statutory timescales.
Currently we have 25 customers awaiting Care Act assessment in the Assessment Team.

4.How many outstanding adult assessments need completing? Please be specific in regard to the below assessments:
a) Best Interest Assessments: Three
b) Supported Living: Currently approx. 13 assessments that could/are being progressed in relation to supported living which include extra care
c) Carers Assessments: 32
d) Continuing Health Care CHC Assessments: In excess of 10 at any given time (D2A creates an increase in CHC assessments)

5. Does the council currently have any project of consultancy spend in regard to Children or Adult services? What is the council’s spend in regard to this?
No.
