1. As part of my research project could you please inform me if you use the Adobe Acrobat PDF editing software within the council, and if so how many licences do you subscribe to and what is your annual spend on this software?
Response is based on adobe creative cloud only, which is a subscription service each year (not including perpetual licences of adobe DC).

Annual costs approx. £6,500 for 12 Licences (Adobe Creative cloud covers variations of licence options of; premier professional, indesign, illustrator). Total includes all variation and subscriptions as required by end users.
