The damage is reported to be near the point where the slip road from M4 junction 10 joins the A329(M), heading west towards Reading. The road section has been identified as the A329(M) BRAVO, WOKINGHAM, Unique Street Reference Number (USRN) 44706350. Details of all inspections carried out from 1st January 2023 to 30th June 2023 are available in the Excel file supplied with this response. The A329(M) is inspected weekly by a driven inspection.

2. All reports of defects received by Wokingham Council, in writing, electronic form, or received by telephone, for the A329M at this location from 1st January 2023 to 31st March 2023.
