Tiffany Close
Limmerhill Road
Dorset Way
Foxhill
See attached file.

2.The dates that any reports/complaints were made regarding intrusive noise to the ASB team, Environmental health or other Wokingham Borough Council dept.
See attached file.

3. The areas, including street names where complaints regarding extreme noise from the A1 site have been reported from but have been reported to other departments at Wokingham Borough Council other than the ASB team including Environmental health since January 1st 2023
EH Limmerhill Road.

4. The training given and qualifications required by ASB officers to assess whether noise constitutes statutory nuisance.
All ASB officers act as professional witnesses when monitoring alleged noise nuisance. They will determine if the noise is reasonable to the surrounding elements/location (such as background noise from Motorways/construction sites). No formal qualifications are required to visit a location to listen for alleged noise nuisance. They will take into account the time that it happens, how often it occurs and how loud it is. Information is then passed to the Environmental Health team who will decide if the alleged nuisance warrants further investigation which may require noise monitoring equipment.
