1. Please provide me with;

Documentation of work that was carried out on 94 Ashridge Road, Wokingham, Berkshire, RG40 1PH by Biocraft as authorised by Wokingham Borough Council. This work took place between February 2019 and November 2019, for mold related matters.

See attached file. There were long term leaks from the flat above and internally that were resolved.

05/03/2019 – Tenant decanted due to several leaks internally and from the flat above.

28/05/2019 - Letter to tenant about reoccupation to advise – so on occupation all dry and mould free, no issues. It was caveated that tenant use the ventilation etc.

Works by Biocraft included;
• A new kitchen
• A new bathroom
• New mechanical ventilation to the above rooms
• Rewiring of the property including a new consumer unit
• Carpeting of the lounge and bedroom and laminate flooring to the hall and hall cupboard
• Full redecoration
• The bedroom window is due to be replaced but at the time of composing letter it had not been completed
• A new fire door to the kitchen
• A new door to the lounge

29/03/2021 – Refusal of works by tenant. Over occupation reported to HMO.

14/04/2021 - Complaint received.
