I am researching planning appeal cost awards for the Planning Resource news website. Under the Freedom of Information Act (2000), I request the following information from your authority in 20 working days please:

One of the remedies that the Ombudsman suggests as a result of complaints that are upheld is that compensation / redress payments should be made to the complainant.

1. Do you have a web-based directory of services/eMarketplace for adult social care?
a. Is this directory / eMarketplace developed in-house or by an external provider?
b. If an external provider please provide the name of the supplier?

I am requesting the following information under the Freedom of Information Act.

1. I was very interested to read about the proposed review of the future of your Shute End HQ offices. this begs a few vital questions:
a) who owns the building: Wokingham Borough Council own the Shute End building.

1. How much money has the parking services department spent on investments using public money please in the past 3 years. This includes to any persons businesses or companies
£0. We do not use parking income for investments.

1. Please may we have information on the number of dogs put to sleep in your area by your local authority in the following format:
a) Monthly figures for the past three years to the most recent date available.

a) What is the most common bulky waste items collected from outside of UK properties over the last 12 months?
b) How many of each common item were disposed in the last 12 months? Please can this be broken down by month.

1. For the last financial year what was the total income your authority collected from the following:

1. For the last time period for which you have statistics, what is the average time for planning permission for the following categories:
a) Residential Developments
b) One residential dwelling
c) Industrial buildings
d) Agricultural buildings
