This is an information request relating to council housing projects and infrastructure projects of national significance. Please include the following information for the financial years 2022/23 and 2023/24:

Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information.

This request is for information regarding parking prices within your local authority and more specifically whether your council uses emissions-based parking charge structures, or has in place a surcharge for diesel vehicles.

1. Would you please tell me how many fixed penalty notices for contraventions of parking regulations were issued in 2024 in Wokingham Borough?
We do not issue Fixed Penalty Notices for parking contraventions.

I would like to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000:

1. Is your Council a member of the Local Government Association?
Yes.

2. If so, has it served notice of its intention to resign?
No.

1. In the calendar year of 2024 (January to December), how many individuals claiming to be children (aged under 18) were referred to your children’s services department having previously been assessed to be an adult by the Home Office and placed in adult asylum accommodation or detention?

Can you please provide the following data;

1. Please provide the latest inclusive language guide document for staff and other documents used for internal diversity training.

Currently we have two SIDs on Toutley road part of the rotation scheme. They are being set off a great number of times but does show a calming effect.
