I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding enforcement actions taken against unlicensed dog breeders in your council area. Specifically, I would like to request the following data from 1st January 2020 to the present date. Please break the data down by calendar year
1. The total number of fines issued to unlicensed dog breeders
2. The total amount of money seized from these unlicensed breeders through fines, penalties, or proceeds of crime confiscations
3. The highest individual fine or confiscation amount issued to a single unlicensed breeder within this period
