Location and information on Play areas

I am looking to gather information on council held or funded play grounds/play areas.
1. The name and location (e.g postcode) of all playgrounds in your district (either owned, supported or maintained by SDC)

a) Free parking available (yes/no)
b) Disabled friendly (yes/no)
c) List of equipment (e.g. slide, swings, nest swing)
d) The initial cost of installation
e) Year of installation
f) Maintenance cost
The Council have answered previously requests related to cost of installation, year of installation and maintenance costs, where possible, so these are available to view on the Councils disclose log so are applying Section 21 exemption. Some of the information requested in question 2 is covered by the link in answer to question 1. Due to the way records are kept we aren't able to report on all this information within the 18 hours of a request, so previously what was published was what we were able to complete within reason.
