Please provide the following details relating to your Council Tax bills:
1. How many electronic bills (i.e., bills that were not physically printed) were produced at annual billing for the years 2024/25 and 2025/26?
a) 2025/2026: None, available to view on portal.
b) 2024/2025: None, available to view on portal.
2. If you did not produce or send eBills, and rather sent notifications, how many eBills were retrieved from your online portal?
The bills were all available, but we are unable to see how many have been retrieved. We can confirm that for;
2025/26: 18,538 available for viewing.
2024/25: 15,285 available for viewing.
