o Main Contact Person (if available)
o Contact Number
o Email Address
o Date of Contract Start/End (if applicable)
o Funding or Support Received from the Council (if applicable)

2. A breakdown of contracts awarded or preferred providers under specific categories such as:
o Adult Social Care Services
o Children’s Care Services
o Housing Support for Vulnerable Groups (e.g., women fleeing domestic violence, veterans, mental health support, homelessness support, young people leaving care, disabled individuals, etc.)
o Supported Living and Emergency Housing Providers

3. Any public framework agreements or lists of approved providers that the council refers to for social care and supported housing services.

o Supported Living and Emergency Housing Providers: We do not award contracts for Emergency Housing Providers, we use nightly let emergency accommodation depending on need.
