Wokingham Borough Council are applying Section 12 Exemption to this request. The request would exceed 18 hours of work to complete. We have been advised by our Benefits manager to prepare and merge the reports to identify the claims that may need checking took approximately an hour. The number of claims that need checking is approximately 700. These would need checking manually and on 2 separate systems to collate the data needed. The manager has tested the process completing 15 off the list and this took approx. 25 minutes. This would mean, to check all the possible claims identified would take in the region of 19 hours. In addition, the information would then need to be collated to present to the requester. Therefore the process could take up to 21 hours.
