It's disappointing and concerned to see that this restaurant (Chalk Restaurants Ltd) has such a poor food hygiene rating. I understand that it is possible to request from you the food safety officer’s report on which this rating is based.
1. If possible, I'd like to receive a copy of this before considering visiting this restaurant again as such a low rating is somewhat concerning.
