1. Please supply a copy of the instructions given to applicants detailing the scope of the exercise to inform all stakeholder.
As outlined on our website, it is the applicant’s responsibility to inform all stakeholders likely to be affected by a road closure. When we receive a permit for a road closure, we apply the relevant conditions at the permit application stage. Communications are conditioned under NCT11b, which requires the applicant to notify stakeholders such as residents, businesses, emergency services, and public transport operators.
While we do not provide a specific template, applicants are expected to undertake appropriate engagement to ensure all affected parties are informed.
