1. Which organisations individuals were consulted about a TTRO prior to it being issued since 2022.
As part of the TTRO process, a notification email, including the Notice of Intent, is sent to the following stakeholders:
• Internal staff
• Emergency services (police, fire, ambulance)
• Bus companies operating within Wokingham
• Local Councillors
• The relevant Town/Parish Council
• Neighbouring authorities (if applicable)
Additionally, both the Notice of Intent and Notice of Making are advertised in Wokingham Today.
Applicants are also required to inform those affected under National Condition NCT11b, which includes residents, businesses, and other relevant stakeholders. However, as this responsibility lies with the applicant, we do not centrally record every organisation or individual they contact.
