1. In the calendar year 2024, how many domestic violence refuge places did the council fund specifically for women with NRPF (No Recourse to Public Funds)?
2. In the calendar year 2024, how many women subject to NRPF (No Recourse to Public Funds) status applied for a refuge place?
3. Of this number, how many women were:
a) Given a place in a refuge
b) Not given a place in a refuge
4. Of the number of women not given a place in a refuge, how many were signposted on to alternative services? For example, so-called ‘by and for’ services.
The Council funds the support element within the Wokingham refuge, and will fund spaces in non-Wokingham refuges as required. At this time, we cannot report on how many of these adults have NFPR.
