1. On what date did the council first start enforcing one or more yellow box junctions, within your council boundary? For each of the following calendar years – 2022, 2023 and 2024:
2022 - None, this restriction was only enforced by the Police in 2022.
2023 - The Council started enforcement of one Yellow box junction in Sept 2023.
2024 - No additional Yellow box junctions added to our camera enforcement.
2. How many yellow boxes were being enforced?
One.
3. How many Penalty Charge Notices were sent to drivers who had stopped in these yellow boxes?
822 Warning notices over the first 6 months and 651 Penalty Notices issued up to and including 17 Feb 2025.
o Of these, how many were paid within 14 days: PCN’s paid within discount period 464.
