EHCP consultations

Please could I have the following information relating to the year 7 admissions process for children with EHCPs.
1. Please provide the number of consultations held with schools for each of the past three years (2024,2023,2022). Note: this is only for the year 7 admissions round.
If possible, please make clear is this is parental preference or LA preference.
2022: 120
2023: 129
2024: 172
2. For each year, please provide the name of the school (and it’s URN) involved in a consultation. Please include the number of consultations it was involved with, and the outcome of those consultations (either accepted or rejected). Please provide this information in excel format if possible.
We have been advised by the Head of SEND - This information is not recorded on a school by school basis, it is held at a child level. This would therefore involve a manual search of over 420 individual child records – looking through their files to identify schools consulted and recording school and response. I would anticipate this taking a minimum of 15 minutes per child, 420 x 15 = 6300 minutes = 105 hours which would exceed the 18 hours (Section 12)
