1. Further to recent publicity surrounding the design of this project, please provide:
a) A copy of the specific design brief and work order(s) issued to the designer(s)/contractor(s) and installation contractor(s) for the project;
b) A copy of Stage I and II Safety Audits and Exceptions Reports for all elements of the project;
c) A copy of any exemptions from statutory requirements for UK highways design obtained to support the design case;
d) A copy of responses from Statutory Consultees;
e) Copy of Stage III Safety Audit and Exceptions Reports, if completed.
