Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information:
1. Can you please provide the total number of parking charge notices (PCNs) issued in the Bulmersh Leisure Centre car park between 01/09/2024 and 20/01/2025, inclusive, under the Off Street Contravention Code 71 (Parked in an electric vehicle’s charging place during restricted hours without charging)
I would appreciate it if you could present the information in the following format:
• Total number of PCNs issued at Bulmershe Leisure Centre car park
• Total number of PCNs issued under Code 71 at Bulmershe Leisure Centre car park
The total number of Penalty Notices issued in Bulmershe Leisure Centre car park between the 01/09/2024 and 20/01/2025 was 342 which included 35 warning notices. 233 Penalty Notices were issued under contravention code Code 71. (Parked in an Electric vehicle charging bay without charging).
