SIDs on Toutley road

Currently we have two SIDs on Toutley road part of the rotation scheme. They are being set off a great number of times but does show a calming effect.
1. My question do these SIDs collect any data such as how many times set off
The SID’s do collect some data but the data only tells how many times the light has been flashed to a vehicle exceeding the speed limit. We are not able to get 85th percentile speeds or average mean speeds from them as a result we do not use that data to carry out traffic management assessment. We will normally carry out automatic traffic surveys and use the results of the survey to assess request for traffic management measures.
