I would like to make a request for information under the FOI Act:
1. Please could you provide details on the current property valuation range being used to determine Council Tax bandings for homes in the Wokingham area. (By current valuations I am not looking for banding values based on 1 April 1991 values, but the equivalent in todays property values.)
2. Please provide details on any other factors or criteria used to set council tax banding for new properties other than the market value of the property.
3. If you hold a process document or policy around setting council tax bands for new properties. please can you provide a copy.
