AWE depz - people - calculation

1. Could you please explain how the number of people considered in the AWE Burghfield emergency evacuation plan was calculated? I have come across a document addressing vulnerable individuals, but I couldn’t find information regarding the calculation on the total population, including residents and non-residents. I would like to know if the calculation were based on the voters’ register or if they were estimated using an average household size, such as 2.4 people per household.
Additionally, does your calculation include:
2. Commercial properties, Non-residents who own second properties within the council area but do not reside there, and Individuals who own or frequently visit outbuildings/garages but are not permanent residents?
3. Based on your response, I will follow up with further requests to confirm whether my property has been included. If a property is not already included in the plan, is there a process to have it added?
