Children's centres and family hubs

We would like information on the extent to which your local authority provides children centres or family hubs for families in your area.
For the purposes of this freedom of information request we define a children’s centre as a building which is managed by, or on behalf of, or by arrangement with the local authority to provide early childhood services (possibly in conjunction with services for families of older children) in the community.
1. How many children’s centres which solely provide support for parents of children under the age of six were in operation in Wokingham on each of the following dates:
