1. Please provide the organisational structure charts (including names, job title, email address & contact numbers) for Social Care (Adult & Children) & Public Health directorate covering the following job titles:
a) Social Care - Director, Assistant Director, Head of Service, Service Manager.
b) Public Health - Director, Assistant/Associate Director, Consultant, Managers Commissioning - Director, Head of, Commissioning Managers
