7. Do the LA use 3rd party solutions to assist with delivery and budget management of personal budgets, direct payments, or integrated budgets? E.g. pre-paid cards, eWallet solutions, direct payment support services, digital software?
WBC use Prepaid Financial Service/EML as their way of paying customers their allocated funds. WBC do not us outside Support Services to manage their Direct Payments, everything is done in house.
8. If yes, what solution is used, who is the provider and when is the contract due to expire?
As in question 7 WBC use PFS/EML. The contract is managed by Sarah Sesay - Sarah.Sesay@wokingham.gov.uk

WBC do not use an outside provider and for the foreseeable future they do not have any intentions to do so.
