Neighbourhood Notification
With reference to your email dated 23/9 where a reason was given as to why Bridleway Farm was not included as per article 15[5] of the Town and Country Planning Act.
Using the same criteria with regards other close properties to the Planning Application site, then no-one would qualify for notification, even 1 Nelsons lane that is directly opposite the site.
1. Please confirm how many properties were notified of this application as per Article 15 [5], this information is requested under the Freedom of Information Act [FOIA].
